During the course, as well as planning what we are going to eat each day as well as selecting recipes with low calorie foods, we will try to offer practical tips to have an organized weekly diet.

Prepare complete preparations beforehand or part of them and put them in the refrigerator or freezer will help us to get closer to our goal and require little time for daily final preparation.

 

Professionals in charge who are part of the Department of Nutrition and Diet Therapy.
